1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all new customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@kiksocial.com within 30 days of your initial subscription date.
- Your refund request should include your account details and a brief explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Once your request is received and reviewed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please visit your account settings or contact our support team at hello@kiksocial.com.
- Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your account. However, services already rendered during the billing period will not be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
- Refunds are not applicable for partial months of service beyond the initial 14-day period.
- Promotional and discount plans are non-refundable after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period.
5. Service-Specific Refunds
